Deliveries and Returns

Check below to see prices and how long it will take to receive your order once you’ve received a shipping email from us.

Note: during the holiday season or busy periods, the shipping times may take longer than usual. Our aim is to deliver orders in the UK within a period of 1-2 weeks, while outside the UK, deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks.

Please note that shipping times may vary and may not take this long. We are a small business, almost everything is made to order which is why shipping times may be longer than usual.

 

UK / Channel Islands

£3.99 - Standard Shipping (we don’t offer expedited shipping as of yet)

All UK orders are sent with a tracking number which will be provided once dispatched. 

 

Europe

Europe: £18 - Standard Shipping

Please allow 3-4 working days for Standard Shipping

 

International Outside of Europe

International: £23.99 - Standard Shipping ​

 

Please allow 5-7 working days for Standard Shipping

Please note: When placing an order outside of the UK to the EU and other international countries, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees that may be incurred. This is the customers responsibility. If fees are incurred please make sure to pay these to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept a return within 14 days of ordering if there are any defaults or defects with the items (tags MUST still be attached).

For customised pieces we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
